SECURITY Your on-line shopping is secure with Thawte. We use secure socket technology (SSL). This means that all credit card information submitted is encrypted for your protection. All customer information is kept private for the use of business transactions between Infinite Indulgence and you. We do not share, sell, nor exchange customer data.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover through our secure on-line ordering. We use standard United States Postal Service (USPS) ground delivery. Overnight United States Postal Service is available in the U.S. for an additional charge . We are able to ship available on-line purchases immediately and we quickly inform you of out-of stock items or other delays.
MAIL-IN ORDERS We accept Checks and Money Orders for mail-in orders. Make Check or Money Order payable to: Infinite Indulgence. Select the Order Form from the menu, select your products and mail that form to Infinite Indulgence. All orders paid by check must be cleared before shipment will be made. United States currency only. If your check is returned to us by our bank for any reason, a $25.00 fee will be added on to your account. No further orders will be shipped until the account has been cleared.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING Once your order has been received by us, it will be delivered within five to ten business days. We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our main carrier for our packages. Infinite Indulgence will make every attempt to ship your order out the same business day if your order is placed by 3 P.M. Eastern time. At this time we do not ship outside of the United Sates. Infinite Indulgence accepts orders online 24 hours a day.
RETURN POLICY If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product just let us know and we will make every attempt to fix the problem.
Our return policy is: notify us within 30 days from when you receive the product and we can issue a full refund or credit. We will refund your credit card for the full price of the products purchased under the following circumstances:
If you choose to replace the product just email us at Customer Service and tell us what product you would like to exchange it for.
If your return was the result of an error on our part, we will also provide free return shipping. If your return is not the result of an error on our part, the shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the credit or refund. Once we have received the returned product we will then ship your new product out to you.
